RD Management Signs Lease With Fresh International Market in Austin, TX

RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real-estate development and management organizations, has signed a lease with authentic Asian grocer Fresh International Market at its Shops at Tech Ridge in Austin, Texas. The 49,130-square-foot Fresh International Market is scheduled to open in 2023. A price of the transaction was not disclosed.

Shops at Tech Ridge is a 515,039-square-foot power center with a newly constructed entrance off I-35 Frontage Road, and just a 15-minute drive from downtown Austin. Located in the retail and technology corporation corridor, Shops at Tech Ridge is within one mile of Parmer Innovation Center, an extensive business park with a Samsung campus and tenants such as Home Depot, 3M Corp., Natera, and Blue Apron.

Erik Hamilton, who has more than 15 years in CRE journalism, is a former staff writer with the Los Angeles Times and the Orange County Business Journal.
