RCS Engages Cushman & Wakefield for Dallas Highrise Leasing, Renovation Assignment

Real Capital Solutions (RCS) selected Cushman & Wakefield to lease, manage and perform the renovation of Walnut Glen Tower in Dallas.

RCS acquired the 18-story, 464,289-square-foot building at 8144 Walnut Hill Lane for $26.1 million in December, a significant discount from the $73 million it sold for in 2016.

RCS and a Cushman & Wakefield team will embark immediately on a comprehensive renovation of the office tower and exterior grounds to reinvent the property as a modern, highly amenitized workplace.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Chris Taylor, Rodney Helm and Mary Frances Burnette will lead the leasing effort. Additionally, Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services (PDS) team, led locally by Wes Combs, will work with RCS to perform the renovation of the office tower.

RCS has $5.12 billion in total acquisitions since 1984 and has made 400+ acquisitions between 1984 and 2024.
