RCLCO Adds Principal to Lead Compensation Consulting 

RCLCO Real Estate Consulting has appointed Lucy Bertsch as principal of Compensation Consulting. Bertsch, previously at Ferguson Partners, brings experience in developing compensation solutions for real estate firms. She will lead efforts to benchmark pay levels and design incentive programs aligning with business objectives.  

In 2023, RCLCO partnered with CEL Compensation Advisors to enhance its consulting platform, with Bertsch collaborating with Jim Wright to expand the Compensation Survey’s reach. RCLCO’s Management Consulting practice, with over 55 years of industry experience, aims to strengthen human capital in real estate through services like Executive Search, Compensation Consulting, and Organizational Design. 

“Compensation consulting is a key focus for us as we expand our talent management and executive search functions, which are accelerating in importance for our client base as we begin to move out of this challenging period for the industry as whole,” said Ellen Klasson, managing director of RCLCO.
