R&B Realty Tops off 13-Story Wynwood Office Tower

New York-based R&B Realty Group has topped off The Gateway at Wynwood, a 13-story office tower in Miami’s Wynwood submarket.

Located on the border of the Miami’s Wynwood and Midtown neighborhoods, the building will consist of 195,000 square feet of Class A office space and nearly 26,000 square feet of street-level retail space. Designed by Architect Kobi Karp, the 460,000-square-foot building boasts flexible floorplans, a private rooftop terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows, 24/7 on-site security, and on-site covered parking. The general contractor on the project is Plaza Construction.

Colliers International’s Stephen Rutchik and Tom Farmer are handling office leasing for the project and CBRE’s Alex Cesar and Drew Schaul are handling retail leasing.
