Raymour & Flanigan, Bob’s Discount Furniture to Open in Somerville 

Assembly Square Marketplace, a retail park and mixed-use development in Somerville, MA., has recently secured a 51,834 square foot lease with Raymour & Flanigan and a 38,163 square foot lease with Bob’s Discount Furniture. Federal Realty owns the development. 

Raymour & Flanigan is opening its first Eastern Massachusetts store. Bob’s Discount Furniture offers furnishings, mattresses, and home accents. The two brands will be joining Ashley Furniture and TJ Maxx/HomeGoods in a space offering over 165,000 square feet dedicated to furnishings, décor, and accessories. 

“This concentrated cluster of popular furnishing and home décor retailers creates an even more compelling destination for those looking for one-stop shopping,” said David Middleton, vice president and general manager for Federal Realty.  “We continue to deliver a fresh and relevant retail experience for our shoppers, neighborhood residents and the community.”
