Ray Chavez Joins CenterCal as GM

CenterCal Properties recently appointed Ray Chavez as general manager. Chavez will be based out of The Village at Totem Lake in Kirkland, responsible for property management of CenterCal’s western Washington properties including The Village at Totem Lake, The Trails at Silverdale and The Terminal at Ballard.

“CenterCal builds and operates beautiful centers including The Village at Totem Lake, which is quickly becoming the Eastside’s favorite place to be as we welcome restaurants like Silverlake Ramen and retailers like Barnes & Noble,” Chavez says.

Chavez previously served as senior director of property and asset management with JLL based in Everett.
