Rare Fully Entitled Site Sells in North County
A rare fully entitled site, Green Oak Villas, a 103-unit townhouse project in Vista, CA, recently sold for $13.55 million. The buyer was an affiliate of Beazer Homes and the seller was Providence Green Oak Villas LLC.
Located on the corner of Green Oak Road and Sycamore Avenue, the site consists of a two-story townhome site with a grading permit ready to be pulled.
Matt Weaver and Al Apuzzo, both principals at Lee & Associates North San Diego County, represented both sides of the transaction.
“It is rare to have a fully entitled site over 100 residential units anywhere in North County San Diego,” said Weaver. “There was a ton of competition for the site, which is emblematic of the hot land market we are in.”
