Rare Block of Space Up for Lease in Plaza District

CBRE has been hired for a leasing assignment at 575 Madison Ave. in the Plaza District. The office property currently has 75,000 square feet of contiguous office space—a quantity that hasn’t been available for many years—and will have an additional 215,000 square feet of contiguous space available in 2022.

Peter Turchin, Dave Hollander, Gregg Rothkin, Caroline Merck, Brad Auerbach and Will Stark of CBRE are leading the leasing and marketing on behalf of Steinberg & Pikoik, the 27-story property’s ownership.

“575 Madison Avenue is truly a gem of a building,” said Turchin. “Located in the heart of the highly sought-after Plaza District, the double-wide streets at 57th and Madison Avenue allow for great natural light throughout the entire building. In addition to a brand new lobby, tenants will also have private terrace and penthouse opportunities coming to market in the very near future.”
