RangeWater to Build Two Rental Communities in Fort Worth
RangeWater’s Storia division is building two product types in the Beechwood neighborhood near the Texas Motor Speedway. Palo, a 120-unit build-to-rent townhome community and Ellianna, a 325-unit apartment community, are on 23 acres. Both have started construction. The plans are to deliver units from both projects in the third quarter of 2023.
The two projects are adjacent to 40 acres of retail, restaurants and entertainment, as well as the Alliance Airport. “Fort Worth is exploding with job opportunities as more businesses open shop, causing a spike in demand for quality housing. Our offering of both townhomes and apartments ensure we’re strategically positioned to serve the city’s growing population,” said Nick Wilhelmson from RangeWater.
The Palo townhomes will all be 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms units with private patios and a pool just for its residents. The Ellianna apartments will come in one, two and three-bedroom floor plans with amenities which include a pool, fitness center, dog park and clubhouse.
