Progressive Real Estate Partners has brokered the $2 million sale of a 5,000-square-foot freestanding retail building in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The firm’s Greg Bedell, Senior VP of Investment Sales and Paul Su, VP of Leasing and Sales arranged the transaction between the seller, a local investor and the buyer, Beauty 4U retail chain.

Located on Foothill Boulevard, directly across from Victoria Gardens lifestyle center, the property is part of a major retail hub, adjacent to the I-15 Freeway. Built in 2007, the building features modern architecture with an open floor plan and plenty of parking.

Beauty 4U is a beauty retailer that features a wide variety of high-quality beauty products including hair care, styling tools, wigs and cosmetics. The building will become the 13th Beauty 4U location and the second in Southern California. The company was represented by Richard Kim with Coldwell Banker Best Realty in the transaction.
