Ramp Doubles Midtown South Footprint to 132K SF

Williams Equities completed a long-term, 132,000-square-foot expansion and extension with Ramp, a finance automation platform, at the ownership group’s 28 & 40 W. 23rd St. property in Midtown South.

Under this two-part transaction, Ramp leased the entire 66,000-sf fourth floor while simultaneously extending its lease for the entire 66,000-sf second floor, which it took last year under a short-term agreement. Both floors run co-terminus under the new, long-term lease.

Ramp has now doubled its footprint twice over the last two years, having previously relocated from Union Square to accommodate its significant growth. The new Ramp transaction is one of the largest office leases of the year in Midtown South.

A Colliers team of Mac Roos, Andrew Roos, Michael T. Cohen and Jessica Verdi represented ownership in the new transaction. Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Mathias and RJ Johns represented Ramp.
