Ram Realty Advisors Delivers 243-Unit MF Property in Fort Lauderdale

Ram Realty Advisors has delivered CURV, a 243-unit multifamily community in Fort Lauderdale.

Located at 410 SE 16th Court, the property is two miles south of downtown Fort Lauderdale. The community consists of a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 748 to 1,603 square feet. Rents start at $2,010 per month. Amenities at the community include a pool, private cabanas, outdoor kitchen with grills, fitness center, yoga studio, pet grooming salon and electric car charging stations.

Leasing is now underway at the eight-story community, which is named for its curved façade reminiscent of 1950s and 60s Miami architecture. Bozzuto manages and heads leasing at the property.
