Raise Commercial Real Estate, a real estate technology and brokerage firm that delivers workplace solutions to global clients, has signed a three-year lease for a 4,000-square-foot space at 184 Fifth Avenue in New York City to serve as its headquarters.

“Following the launch of Raise in the New York market office just over a year ago, we’re thrilled to be making the move into our new home across from the Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park, which will serve as a catalyst for our continued growth and presence in the region,” said Jamie Katcher, managing director of Raise Commercial Real Estate in New York.

Raise was represented in the transaction by their NYC team led by Jamie Katcher, Doug Regal, Sebastian Infante, Emilie Goldman and Henry Korzec. The landlord was represented by Ben Waller at ABS Partners Real Estate.
