Raine Group Comes to Park Avenue Tower

The Raine Group signed a lease for 33,253 square feet of space at Park Avenue Tower, a 620,000-square-foot office building in Midtown Manhattan.

“New York City’s top companies are increasingly drawn to Park Avenue Tower for its fully modernized environment, redesigned lobby, and exclusive amenity center that provides the ideal blend of corporate and lifestyle services,” said Zach Freeman, vice president of leasing for Equity Office, the owner of the 36-story tower at 65 E. 55th St.

The global merchant bank, which is focused on investment and advisory opportunities in technology, media, and telecommunications, will relocate from its headquarters at 810 Seventh Ave. in the summer of 2018.
