215K-SF Railhead Business Station at 100% Occupancy

ITW Food Equipment Group LLC inked a 50,650-square-foot renewal and expansion leading to a first-time milestone of 100% occupancy at the 214,650-square-foot Railhead Business Station in north Fort Worth. The ITW deal more than doubled the company’s size, as it leased 25,292 square feet of new space in 500 Railhead Blvd, and renewed 24,896 square feet in 800 Railhead Blvd.

“ITW had reached capacity in its current facility and needed additional storage. We’ve had good activity on that space because of current market conditions, but it just made sense to renew and expand an existing tenant,” said Nick Talley with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services. Talley represented the landlord, Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada in the transaction. CBRE’s Bob Scully was the tenant representative.
