The Raiders have leased 20-acres from Clark County for up to 2,760 spots of event-day employee parking. A shuttle bus system will be in place to transport employees to and from the stadium on event days.

The Raiders will pay $86,798 annually for 34 event days, and $2,993 each day for uses on additional days. The Raiders are responsible for all parking-related improvements that are needed at the detention basin, and for operating the lot.

The off-site lot meets the Raiders parking plan which seeks to encourage stadium-goers to arrive from all directions of the stadium.

The Raiders are spending $50 million to secure land for parking within the stadium district, targeting 25,000 parking spaces near the stadium, with 15,000 of those within walking distance. The Raiders project 15,000 people will use ride-hailing services to the stadium, with an estimated 30,000 people expected to walk from the Las Vegas Strip.
