Raider Hill Launches Sustainability Advisory Practice

Raider Hill, a private real estate investment advisory firm, has expanded its fully integrated suite of operational and advisory services with the launch of its Sustainability Advisory practice. Simultaneously, Raider Hill announced the hiring of Lukas Ceseña as director of sustainability.

Ceseña will oversee the firm’s sustainability efforts and strategy, supporting clients’ integration of ESG considerations and measures across the real estate value chain. He will also lead the implementation of sustainability initiatives across Raider Hill’s various portfolios and the evaluation of innovative sustainable investment opportunities.

“Climate change and ESG considerations are increasingly impacting commercial real estate and will serve as secular trends for the space,” said Ceseña. “Effectively strategizing for current and future ESG challenges will unveil new dimensions of opportunity and value going forward. I am excited about Raider Hill’s shared aspiration with clients and stakeholders to drive change towards a more sustainable future.”
