Radom Capital Readies to Redevelop Historic Theater

Developer Steve Radom of Radom Capital is getting ready to redevelop the historic Stages Repertory Theatre Building at 3201 Allen Pkwy. in Houston’s Heights neighborhood. Radom Capital, which redeveloped the boutique center Heights Mercantile, is planning to create a mixed-use complex with shops, restaurants and office space.

The building once housed Star Engraving, and has served as the theatre company’s home since 1985.  The repertory theater, in the meantime, is developing a $30.5-million-square-foot complex in Houston’s Montrose submarket, which is not too far from its current location.

Upon completion, 3201 Allen Pkwy. will contain 42,000 square feet of creative retail, office and restaurant space, 10,000 square feet of tree-lined gardens, and a 300-space shared parking garage.
