Radial Sells Louisville Industrial Assets for $52 Million
Radial Inc. sold its fulfillment center at 7601 Trade Port Dr., as well as other facilities at Trade Port Drive and Greenbelt Highway in Louisville, KY for $52.3 million. The buyer was Denver-based Black Creek Group.
The properties sold totaled more than 900,000 square feet of industrial space. Radial, headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, is an international e-commerce company that once did business as Ebay Enterprises Inc. and GSI Commerce Solutions Inc. Radial indicated it would remain in Louisville.
Black Creek Group has been an active buyer in Louisville, having previously acquired an industrial property for $9.7 million, and a large warehouse for $32.2 million.
