Radco Divests from Seven Multifamily Properties in Southeast for $315M

National real estate developer The Radco Cos. has sold seven multifamily properties totaling 1,941 units in the Southeast in four separate transactions for a total of $316 million. Six of the properties are located in metro Atlanta and one is located in Charlotte.

Magnolia Terrace, a 264-unit property in Charlotte sold to Stonebridge Investments for $40.7 million; Winterset at East Cobb, a 302-unit property in Marietta, GA sold to Advenir Real Estate for $52.8 million; a three-property portfolio in Kennesaw, GA sold to Greystar for $138.7 million and a two property portfolio in Atlanta sold to Lion Real Estate Group for $83.2 million. A team from CBRE brokered the two portfolio sales while Walker & Dunlop brokered the sale of Winterset at East Cobb and a team from Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale of Magnolia Terrace.
