RADCO Divests from 288-Unit Winter Park Apartment Community

The Radco Cos. has sold Lakeside at Winter Park, a 288-unit apartment community in Winter Park.

Located at 3935 Sutton Place Blvd., Lakeside at Winter Park is a gated and pet-friendly apartment community offering one- and two-bedroom apartments with open floor plans. Amenities include a pool with sundeck, lounge area and grill station. Recreation areas include a fully equipped fitness center as well as tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.

Scott Ramey, Patrick Dufour and Brad Downing of Newmark represented RADCO in the sale. Mitch Clarefield, Joshua Braceros, Matt Williams and Kyle Schlitt of the Newmark Debt & Structured Finance group represented the undisclosed borrower in securing financing for the acquisition.
