RADCO Divests from 228-Unit MF Community in Clearwater

The RADCO Cos. have sold City Park Clearwater, a 228-unit multifamily apartment community in Clearwater. The sales price was not disclosed. The transaction marks the sixth property sale for RADCO during this real estate cycle.

The pet-friendly community features a mix of one- two- and three-bedroom apartments with open floorplans, oversized living areas and chef inspired kitchens. Amenities include a pool, putting greens, pet parks and multiple playgrounds. The community is located near the intersection of Highway 19 and SR-60 and provides easy access to Tampa Bay and Clearwater Beach.

Patrick Dufour, Ryan Crowley, Andrew Visnick and Pibu Aulakh of Newmark represented RADCO in the transaction. Additionally, Matt Greer and Andrew Wilson of Newmark’s Debt & Structured Finance group arranged acquisition financing for the buyer, Greystar.
