R.W. Holmes Secures Lease in Haverhill Industrial Corridor
R.W. Holmes arranged the new lease of 58,500 square feet of industrial space at 66 Newark St. in the industrial corridor of Haverhill, MA. SVPs Mike Ogasapian, SIOR, and David Gilkie, SIOR, CCIM, represented the landlord, Leewood Realty, led by Peter Schwarz. The tenant, Frame My TV, was represented by JLL’s Jamey Lipscomb and Rob Mahoney.
“Given the amount of new construction in the industrial market, we knew 66 Newark had to differentiate itself as a build-to-suit opportunity,” said Ogasapian. “We advised Leewood to offer the project for lease with the option to purchase as we knew this would be compelling to would-be owner-users looking for new generation product.
“We could not have found a better fit with Frame My TV, a local manufacturer that will have a home for years to come where it all started for them,” he continued. The tenant was founded 14 years ago in Haverhill.
