R.W. Holmes Closes Sale of Billerica Flex Buildings
R.W. Holmes arranged the sale of two multi-tenant flex buildings totaling 70,000 square feet at 144-154 Rangeway Rd. in Billerica, MA, for $6,975,000. The services firm was retained by the seller, D&B Rangeway Realty Trust, to run a process that involved direct outreach to a select group of local, industrial real estate-focused investors.
The approach generated strong interest and multiple competitive offers, according to R.W. Holmes. The buyer was Juniper LLC, a Boston-based real estate investor and developer.
“These buildings have tremendous market potential, and we’re thrilled to have navigated the sale to a successful close,” said Mike Ogasapian, SVP at R.W. Holmes, who managed the sale and procured the buyer. “We look forward to assisting Juniper in future leasing endeavors on the asset as they work to transform the property into a first-class asset.”
