R.W. Holmes Arranges Southboro Office Lease for Engineering Firm

R.W. Holmes facilitated a 17,276-square-foot office lease for Block Engineering at 132 Turnpike Rd. in Southboro, MA.

VP Jim Bartholomew at R.W. Holmes represented Block Engineering as the tenant. The landlord, Capital Group Properties, managed the lease with the assistance of its cooperating broker, Jim Vazza.

“This new office space is perfectly suited to support Block Engineering’s ongoing growth and operational goals,” said Bartholomew.  “We’re thrilled to have played a role in connecting them with a location that aligns with their needs.”

The newly leased office will provide Block Engineering with an updated strategic base to further its business success, according to R.W. Holmes.
