R.J. Brunelli’s Singer Brokers Retail Deals Uptown and Downtown
R.J. Brunelli & Co.’s David Singer recently brokered four retail and restaurant leases across Manhattan. In the largest of these deals, he represented women’s fashion boutique Twenty5A in securing its first Manhattan location, a 3,400-square-foot space at 1630 Second Ave., between East 84th and 85th streets.
Singer additionally brokered the 1,560-square-foot lease that will bring sushi concept Duozo to 63 Delancey St. on the Lower East Side. He represented the tenant on the lease, while Jeffrey Angel of RES Commercial Corp. represented landlord Dalan Management.
In the Grand Central area, Singer signed Gia, a new Thai chicken quick-serve concept, to an 800-square-foot space at 158 E. 45th St. Singer represented Gia in the lease with landlord Cornerstone Management Systems Inc.
Finally, Singer brokered the lease for Retro Coffee to occupy 730 square feet at 134 E. 17th St., representing both the tenant and landlord 132-134 East 17th Street LLC.
