R.J. Brunelli Inks Dollar Tree Deals in NJ

Retail brokerage R.J. Brunelli & Co., which exclusively represents Dollar Tree across New Jersey, recently added two locations to the chain’s statewide footprint.

The discount retailer has opened in a 9,000-square-foot endcap unit at The Marketplace in Matawan, NJ, where R.J. Brunelli is also the landlord rep. It’s expected to open a 13,717-square-foot inline space at Tano Mall in Edison, NJ.

Both Dollar Tree leases were brokered by Danielle Brunelli, president and principal of the Old Bridge, NJ-based brokerage.

In New Jersey’s Monmouth County, Brunelli represented the landlord on a lease for 12,816-square-foot Goodwill Industries store and donation center at Navesink Center in Middletown.

Expected to open in February 2019, the store will occupy the balance of the property’s former A&P supermarket, adjoining the recently-opened 10,920-square-foot Dollar Tree signed by Brunelli earlier this year.
