R.D. Olson Completes $33M Sheraton Park Anaheim Renovation

General contracting firm R.D. Olson Construction has completed the renovation of the Sheraton Park Anaheim Hotel at the Anaheim Resort in Anaheim, CA. The 270,000-square-foot project was the building’s first top-to-bottom facelift in over 40 years.

“R.D. Olson Construction began work in May of 2021, and strategically planned a phased remodel to ensure that the project had minimal impact to guests, staff and visitors at the Sheraton Park Anaheim,” said the firm’s president, Bill Wilhelm.

Located on South Harbor Boulevard, the 14-story Sheraton Park Hotel is located near Disneyland, Angel Stadium and the Anaheim Convention Center. The renovation included expansive improvements to the 490 guestrooms, meeting areas, back-of-house areas and lobby. In addition, R.D. Olson upgraded the restaurant, lobby bar, ballroom, fitness area, Sheraton Club Lounge and the 2,140-square-foot Tiffany Meeting Room that opens into an expansive outdoor patio.
