Qwincy Launches Private Deal-Sharing Tech

Qwincy, Inc. has introduced Collaborative Dealflow Management (CDM), a technology platform designed to transform how private deals are shared and managed in commercial real estate.

To differentiate from traditional methods of sending emails or relying on online marketplaces, Qwincy’s CDM platform offers live ‘deal sharing,’ allowing users to share and access various offerings through private Deal Feeds. This innovation aims to streamline communication and deal tracking, reducing the risk of overlooked opportunities.

The platform was officially launched at an NYC State of the Market event hosted by Bob Knakal, the leader of JLL’s New York Private Capital Markets Group, who recognized the platform’s potential and became an early adopter. Qwincy offers free basic accounts and advanced features through subscription, with plans for integrations, APIs, and an AI layer in the future.
