Atlanta-based Quinn Residences has acquired its first build-for-rent community in TN, The Guild in Chattanooga, along with four additional properties (820 homes, all said) across GA, NC and FL.

  • The Guild in Chattanooga in Chattanooga, TN (92 homes)
  • Dorchester Place in Covington, GA (82 homes)
  • Stephens Farm in Holly Springs, NC (292 homes)
  • Towns at Lake Nona in St. Cloud, FL (94 homes)
  • Moccasin Wallow in Bradenton, FL (260 homes)

The mix of single-family and townhomes will be ready for residents between June and December of 2022.

“The housing market is experiencing unprecedented low inventory, and our goal is to provide even more reasonably priced options for residents in these high-demand markets,” said Richard Ross, Quinn CEO.

Quinn has tripled its portfolio in the past year to over 3,000 homes in varying development phases across five states. The firm has raised over $900 million of equity, nearly quadrupling its goal of $250 million.
