Quincy Residential Community Adds New Building
FoxRock Properties announced pre-leasing for Ashlar Park’s Woodlands building, a new addition to the Quincy residential community in Massachusetts. Set to open in February, this 145-apartment complex joins the existing Harbor and Skyline buildings, part of the former Quincy Medical Center site.
Nestled near Glendale Park, the Woodlands offers a rooftop lounge with Boston skyline views, workspaces, attached garage parking, and dog wash stations. The community features amenities including a pool, fitness centers, coworking spaces, and landscaped grounds.
“The unique features and amenities that the Woodlands building has to offer are spectacular,” says Jamie Thompson, general manager of Ashlar Park. “Our current residents are excited about the rooftop lounge, and our future residents look forward to the stunning views and distinctive floor plans.” Ashlar Park’s final phase, the Quarry building with 123 units, is expected to be completed by April 2024, finalizing the community’s transformation.
