The Regency in Paris Texas changes hands

Quiet Capital Sells Off 100-Unit Paris Rental Asset

The Multifamily Group (TMG), a Dallas-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced the sale of The Regency, a 100-unit rental community in Paris, TX.

Managing Director Yonnic Land represented the seller, Tyler and Tim King at Quiet Capital and procured the buyer, Michael Svatko.

Land commented, “The Regency had an attractive long-term loan, which the new buyer assumed. TMG marketed the property for 30 days, brought multiple offers, and exceeded the seller’s expectations.”

Located at 2526 Lamar Ave, The Regency was built in 1985 and boasts amenities such as a laundry facility and a swimming pool with a sundeck and picnic table. The property sits just 3 miles from Paris Regional Medical Center, with Paris Junior College being 1 mile away. Additionally, residents are within walking distance of Wade Park and several national retailers.
