Quick Servant Company Signs 46K SF in Howard County 

Quick Servant Company, which specializes in commercial HVAC, cooking, and refrigeration systems, secured a full-building lease at 9065 Guilford Road in Columbia, MD., through Adler Real Estate Partners, marking an expansion from their prior Annapolis Junction space.  

Established in 1979 by Maryland’s John W. Peters, Quick Servant also handles building maintenance, minor electrical and plumbing work, catering to clients across Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Washington, D.C. Situated in Columbia’s Howard County, 9065 Guilford Road offers a single-story flex/warehouse layout within a six-building complex, featuring over 300,000 square feet. With 16-foot ceiling heights, eight loading docks, and parking space for 120 vehicles. 

Represented by MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services’ Matthew Curran and Andrew Meeder, the company plans to shift its headquarters this spring.
