Questex Consolidates Offices to 685 Third
Questex LLC has signed a 17,748-square-foot lease at 685 Third Ave. The business information provider will consolidate its New York offices from 757 Third Ave. and 494 Eighth Ave. to the entire 21st floor of the 31-story, Class A midtown office tower owned by Unizo Holding Company Ltd.
CBRE’s Harly D. Stevens, James Robbins and Alex Benisatto represented Questex in the lease negotiations. JLL represented Unizo.
“Questex was looking to consolidate its New York City offices into a single location, as well as for a new signature space,” said Stevens. “As a result, we were looking for prime, Class A office space in the heart of one of Manhattan’s major business districts. The office space at 685 Third was perfect, not only due to its central location and high profile capital improvements, but the space was meticulously built-out just 24 months ago with high quality features and finishes.”
