Queens Office Over Retail Property Sold for $7M
Marcus & Millichap recently facilitated the sale of a 12,320-square-foot mixed-use property in Queens, New York, for $7.15 million. Anthony Cerrone and Michael Tuccillo from Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and brought in the buyer, both private investors.
The property, located at 36-41 Bell Blvd. in the Bayside neighborhood, features a two-story building with 12 commercial units. The ground floor houses retail spaces, while the second floor comprises office spaces. The property also offers on-site parking. The transaction achieved a 4.5% capitalization rate.
