Queens New Residential Project Breaks Ground 

New Empire Corp, in partnership with Tang Studio Architect, has broke ground on its new residential project at 58-01 Queens Boulevard in Queens, New York.  

The 12-story building will feature modern designs and amenities, including a children’s playroom, indoor lounge, personal storage, outdoor terrace, and a fitness center.  

“The acquisition of 58-01 Queens Boulevard and the future development of the site will offer attainable luxury to an already vibrant community,” said New Empire Corp chairman and CEO Bentley Zhao.
