Queen Creek’s Vineyard Towne Center at 37666 North Gantzel Road is now 100% leased and will include a new Target store slated to open this October. The new Target location will take up 145,000 square feet.

The Phoenix Business Journal reports Queen Creek’s Vineyard Towne Center is now 100% leased. Vestar owns and operates the 260,000-square-foot development at 37666 North Ganzel Road. Other tenants include Sprouts, two banks, a dentist, a Verizon store, a Mattress Firm, Cadence Running Company, European Wax Center, Zara Nail Bar and Pet Supplies Plus. Food and beverage options include Nekter Juice Bar, Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop, Wingstop, Five Guys, Better Buzz Coffee, Thai Chili 2Go, Over Easy and Cinnaholic.

Queen Creek is the second-fastest growing city in Arizona, with 60,872 residents in 2020 growing to 83,781 by 2024.

Vestar owns, operates and develops major retail and shopping centers across the greater Phoenix area. Other notable ongoing projects in growing communities on the outskirts of Phoenix include Laveen Towne Center and Verrado Marketplace in Buckeye.
