Quay Tower Developers List Penthouse Collection as Brooklyn Condo Project’s Sales Pass $98M

RAL Companies and Oliver’s Realty Group have closed more than $98 million in sales year to date at Quay Tower on the Brooklyn Heights waterfront. The team has brought the residential property’s Penthouse Collection to market, with four units priced from $6.5 million to $10.8 million.

“Located on Brooklyn Bridge Park’s 85 acres, Quay Tower’s combination of convenience, views and spacious residences in a natural setting has resonated with buyers because it’s truly a lifestyle building,” said Robert Levine, chairman of RAL Companies. “With ongoing record-breaking sales, we’re excited to reveal our new Penthouse Collection just in time for the holidays.”

The property is accessible to transportation including the high-speed ferry and immediate access to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. High-end residential brokerage SERHANT is handling sales at the 30-story tower.
