Quartet of Retail Tenants Boosts Chino Center Occupancy to 98%

CBRE negotiated four new leases totaling 16,420 square feet at the Chino Spectrum Marketplace in Chino. The leases bring the property to 98% occupancy.

Boston Pizza (6,700 square feet), Red Wing Shoes (1,643 square feet), Famous Footwear (5,040 square feet) and Smash Factor (3,037 square feet) recently signed leases at the shopping center. CBRE’s Walter Pagel and Hannah Curran represented the landlord, Sy Ventures III.

“The addition of these four leases at the Marketplace highlights this premier retail destination in Chino,” said Pagel.

Chino Spectrum Marketplace offers a mix of national and regional shops and restaurants within its 750,000 square feet. The new tenants join Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx and Staples.
