Quantum Promotes Seth Gilford to VP, Capital Markets

Seth Gilford has been promoted to VP of the capital markets division at Quantum Real Estate Advisors. In his new role, Gilford will help to grow Quantum’s footprint in the single-tenant and net-leased medical space.

Gilford has been with Chicago-based Quantum for two years and has underwritten $1 billion in assets nationwide. Colleagues say he’s well versed in nuances of both net-lease and sale-leaseback transactions.

Chad M. Firsel, Quantum president, said, “Seth’s focus is achieving the optimal value for clients as he advises them in the disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate.”

He continued, “Seth will be an integral piece in growing the investment sales division by focusing solely on single-tenant net-leased and medical assets. This promotion is well deserved for Seth and I can’t wait to see him succeed.”
