Quantum Real Estate Advisors recently brokered the sale of a freestanding medical office building in Rochester MN

Quantum Closes Deal for Rochester MOB

Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a freestanding medical office building located at 124 Elton Hills Ln., Rochester MN. Terms of the sale weren’t disclosed.

The property is occupied by Bluestem Center for Child and Family Development. The seller was a Midwest healthcare provider, and the buyer was a NYC-based medical acquisition fund.

Seth Gilford, VP of Quantum, represented the seller, while EVP Zackary Hilgendorf represented the buyer.

“This was an example of how much demand there is within the medical space,” Gilford said. “A successful medical user coupled with a long-term lease made this an attractive investment opportunity for the buyer.”
