Quantum Brokers Single-Tenant Medical Office Sale in Minnesota

Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a freestanding medical office building located at 221 2nd Ave SW, Byron MN, for an undisclosed sum. The property is occupied by Bluestem Center for Autism, which signed a long-term lease upon closing.

The seller, a Midwest healthcare provider, was looking for a capital event to help fund its expansion into new locations. The buyer was a South African medical acquisition fund. VP Seth Gilford of Quantum Real Estate Advisors represented both seller and buyer in this transaction.

“With the combination of a successful medical user and a long-term lease, this was a perfect investment opportunity for the buyer,” said Gilford. “This is another example of how desirable medical sale-leaseback transactions are in this quickly changing environment. We are continuing to see extreme demand for medical assets across the country.”
