Quantum Brokers Sale of Retail Center in Winston-Salem

Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc has arranged the sale of a multi-tenant shopping center located at 480-490 E. Hanes Mill Rd. in Winston-Salem. The sales price was undisclosed.

Built in 2016, the 9,000-square-foot center is currently fully leased to a tenant roster that includes Anytime Fitness, Great Clips, and Cricket Wireless. Features of the property include all-brick construction and a location nearby a Wal-Mart anchored shopping center.

Daniel Waszak of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, represented the seller, an Ohio-based private investor, in the transaction. The buyer was a local North Carolina-based investor.
