Quantum Real Estate Advisors brokered the sale of a single-tenant, net leased REI in Orland Park, IL

Quantum Brokers Sale of REI in Orland Park 

Quantum Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a single-tenant REI at 15515 S. 95th St., Orland Park, IL. The freestanding retail building was fully renovated in 2021 and leased to REI on a long-term net lease. 

The seller, a development group based out of Chicago, was represented by Quantum president Chad Firsel. The buyer was a private investor from California and was represented by George Pino of Commercial Brokers International. 

“The seller had invested a great amount of capital and effort into their redevelopment of the freestanding retail building, making it imperative that we provided our most diligent representation,” said Firsel. “After receiving heavy interest and multiple offers, we were able to assist in a successful closing at our initial asking price. This transaction continues to show the strength that Quantum has within both Illinois and California, the two states that Quantum currently has offices in.”
