Quantum Brokers Deal for ‘Well Located” Logan Square Mixed-Use

Quantum Real Estate Advisors brokered the sale of a 10-unit mixed-use building at 2569 W. Milwaukee Ave. in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. The property sold for $3,625,000.

After 40 years of ownership, the sellers turned to Quantum’s Chad Firsel and Clay Maxfield to market the property for sale. It sold to a local buyer with multiple holdings in Chicago and the surrounding areas. Firsel and Maxfield represented both the seller and buyer.

“2569 Milwaukee may be the best address in all of Logan Square,” said Maxfield. “This property is positioned directly on the hard corner of Milwaukee and Logan; it just doesn’t get better. We were able to procure multiple offers and over 12 tours in a very short period of time.”

Firsel added, “This asset is testament to the fact that no matter where rates are and/or are headed, well located real estate at the right basis will transact.”
