QuadReal Property Group Buys Annapolis Multifamily

QuadReal Property Group, a Canadian real estate company, acquired four multifamily residential properties, including the Maria luxury apartment complex in Annapolis, Maryland.

The stabilized portfolio will add 1,400 units to QuadReal’s multifamily portfolio in submarkets boasting exceptional fundamentals. “Multifamily residential is an area of key conviction for QuadReal, and these assets are well-positioned with excellent walkable retail amenities, easy access to public transportation, and located in dense employment areas,” said Daniel Gliksman, Managing Director, QuadReal.

Located at 2445 Holly Ave, Maris has 293 units and is conveniently located near premier shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreational options in the Chesapeake Bay area. The property is situated close to Annapolis Towne Center and Westfield Mall, with downtown Annapolis just minutes away. QuadReal also acquired properties in Denver, Charlotte, and Phoenix, adding to its global residential portfolio.
