Qdoba Moving Corporate HQ to AMP&RSAND Office Campus

Qdoba Mexican Eats signed a 35,000-square-foot lease to move its corporate headquarters to AMP&RSAND, the former San Diego Union-Tribune site that’s been repurposed by San-Diego based The Casey Brown Company. The 340,000-square-foot property at 350 Camino de la Reina is a modern and highly ‘amenitized’ work campus, that features two interconnected buildings.

The Casey Brown Company’s John Kenney says, “This new, amenity-rich workspace demonstrates our goal to create a world-class work environment for our tenants.”

The repositioned, five-story office tower is where editors and journalists once published the San Diego Union-Tribune newspaper, and the adjacent three-story building housed its printing presses. The campus features nine patios and 64,000 square feet of outdoor collaborative space, with 5,000 square feet dedicated to a fitness studio.

Hughes Marino’s David Marino represented the tenant. CBRE’s Matt Carlson, Ryan Grant and Jeff Oesterblad advised the landlord.
