Q2 Holdings Inks BTS Expansion Lease at 129K-SF Aspen Lake Three
Patrinely Group LLC and USAA Real Estate shook hands with Q2 Holdings Inc. on a build-to-suit lease for the Aspen Lake Three office development in north Austin. The tenant, which is in expansion mode, will take the entire 128,990-square-foot office building, at 10355 Pecan Park Blvd. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2020.
The new lease will be in addition to the 67,000 square feet that Q2 Holdings occupies in Aspen Lake One. The tenant is also occupying the entire 129,000-square-foot Aspen Lake Two. “We are pleased to announce that our long-term relationship with Q2 has resulted in another lease for the company’s operations,” said Patrinely’s Robert Fields.
JLL’s Will Douglas, Russell Young and Harrison Schuhmacher represented the tenant. Ben Tolson with Aquila Commercial represented the landlord, under direction of Patrinely Group’s Dennis Tarro.
