Puttshack is First Announced Anchor at GID’s $2B High Street MXU in Central Perimeter

Puttshack, reportedly the world’s first upscale, tech-infused mini golf experience with global food and drink, has signed a second Atlanta lease at High Street, GID Development Group’s $2-billion, 36-acre, mixed-use destination in Central Perimeter, with plans to open in 2023.

The lease, representing the first announced anchor tenant at High Street, follows the success of Puttshack’s first U.S. location in Atlanta’s The Interlock, which opened in April.

High Street’s first phase will break ground this year and includes 150,000 square feet of entertainment-driven retail and restaurants, approximately 600 luxury rental apartments, 90,000 square feet of loft office and 222,000 square feet of existing office space.
“Our vision for High Street is to deliver a highly connected cosmopolitan oasis in Atlanta’s thriving Central Perimeter market that features an incredible mix of entertainment, shopping and dining,” said GID president Jim Linsley. “Puttshack at High Street is delivering on that vision.”
