Puttshack Breaks Ground on 25K-SF Mini-Golf Concept in West Midtown

Technology-infused mini-golf operator Puttshack has broken ground on a new location at The Interlock in Atlanta’s West Midtown. The 25,000-square-foot location is slated to open in spring 2021.

Located at 1085 Howell Mill Road, the property will feature four mini-golf courses, a bar and an indoor-outdoor rooftop patio. The Puttshack concept was developed by the same team behind golf entertainment destination Topgolf.

The Interlock is being developed by privately held, commercial real estate development firm S.J. Collins Enterprises. Once open in spring 2021, the Interlock is slated to feature 200,000 square feet of office space, 105,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 349 apartments and 88 townhomes as well as a 161-room Bellyard boutique hotel with a lobby, restaurant and bar.
